A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at Lakeview Memory Gardens, located at 3800 Hwy 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama, in the Mausoleum. The service is scheduled for December 31, 2025, starting at 11:00 am.
Mrs. Stainsby was the daughter of the late William Ralph Miller and Anne Mullen Miller. She spent her early career working for Georgia Power for 10 years, then later went to Civil Service at Fort Benning in the Budget Office for 10 years and then retired as a Mail Carrier from the US Postal Service.
She was a lifetime member of Lakewood Baptist Church, previously Westside Baptist Church in Phenix City, AL, was a member of the American Daylily Society which includes the Chattahoochee Valley and Montgomery area Daylily Society.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Anne Holland.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Steven Elliott Stainsby.
