Richard Lee Vaughn, 56 of Phenix City, Alabama died Friday, May 1, 2015 at the Midtown Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 12:00 P.M. Monday, May 4, 2015 in Lakewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby, Phenix City, Alabama with burial to follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Mr. Vaughn was born August 11, 1958 in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania; son of the late Lawrence Vaughn and Helen Vaughn Scott of Phenix City, AL. Other than his mother, he is survived by his wife, Cathy L. Vaughn, three children, Matthew Hurt, Joshua Vaughn, Stephanie Vaughn, three grandchildren, two sisters and three brothers; Brinda Olson, Linda Brown, Randy Vaughn, Steven Vaughn, Larry Vaughn, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
