passed away on May 21st, 2016. He was born August 27th, 1946 in San Pedro De La Cueva, Sonora Mexico who later became a proud citizen of the United States. Armando took pride in Government election and enjoyed working for the City Government for 31 years from which he retired. Armando not only kept the City beautiful with his gardening skills, but made it a point to conversate with City Staff and make long lasting friendships. While working for the City of Phoenix he obtained recognition from Mayor Phil Gordon with the City of Phoenix excellence award. Armando is survived by his wife Yolanda of 42 years whom he adored not only as his wife but his best friend and business partner in his many ventures. Armando is also survived by four children and 13 grandchildren. The viewing and rosary will be held from 5pm-8pm on Thursday, May 26 at Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary located at 4310 E. Southern Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85042. Catholic services will be held May 27th followed by procession to Greenwood Cemetery located at 2300 W. Van Buren, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
