Born 8-8-1924 in Winfred, SD. She married Troy F. Crowder in 1946 in Sioux Falls, SD. They had one son Greg T. Crowder, born in 1952. They moved to Arizona in 1970 when Troy started working for ASU.
Betsy was preceded in death by her husband Troy, son Greg, her parents and siblings.
