Chuck was a devoted husband to his beloved wife Verdean J. Sauer who proceeded him in death after 64 wonderful years of marriage. Together they built a beautiful family raising three children: Robert Sauer, Vickie Klinger and John Sauer.
Chucks biggest enjoyment came from spending time with his family but close behind that was participating in two of his favorite hobbies bowling and golf, which he was very accomplished in both.
Charles is survived by his children Robert (Lori), Vickie and John (Tammy) as well as eight grandchildren and three great grandsons.
Funeral services will be held July 20, 2024 at Gethsemane Church, 1035 E Guadalupe Rd. Tempe, AZ 85283. The viewing will begin at 9:00 AM followed by the service at 10:00. A graveside service will take place at Rest Haven Mortuary and Memorial Gardens at 11:00 AM.
