Daniel Varela, beloved son, father, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on May 8, 2026, at the age of 46. Born on May 6, 1980, and raised in Phoenix, Daniel was known for his kind heart, hardworking spirit, and the love he carried for his family and everyone around him.

Daniel was the type of person who would help anyone however he could. He had a thoughtful soul, a generous heart, and a presence that made people feel welcomed and cared for. Whether it was offering a helping hand, making someone laugh, or simply being there when needed, Daniel gave his time and energy selflessly.

He was also a talented artist who expressed himself through creativity and passion. His artwork reflected the unique way he saw the world, and those closest to him admired both his talent and the heart behind it.

More than anything, Daniel will be remembered for the love he had for his family. He leaves behind his son, his mother and father, his brothers, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who will forever cherish the memories, laughter, and moments shared with him.

Daniel Varela, amado hijo, padre, hermano, tío y amigo, falleció el 8 de Mayo de 2026 a la edad de 46 años. Nació el 6 de Mayo de 1980 y fue criado en Phoenix, AZ. Daniel era conocido por su gran corazón, su espíritu trabajador y el amor que siempre brindó a su familia y a todas las personas que lo rodeaban.

Daniel era el tipo de persona que ayudaba a cualquiera en lo que pudiera. Tenía un alma noble, un corazón generoso y una presencia que hacía sentir bienvenidos y queridos a los demás. Ya fuera ofreciendo una mano amiga, haciendo reír a alguien o simplemente estando presente cuando más se necesitaba, Daniel siempre entregaba su tiempo y energía con sinceridad.

También fue un artista talentoso que expresaba su creatividad y pasión a través de su arte. Sus dibujos y creaciones reflejaban la manera especial en que veía el mundo, y quienes lo conocieron admiraban tanto su talento como el corazón que ponía en todo lo que hacía.

A Funeral Mass will take place at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 6802 S 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85042, US, on May 19, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

A Graveside service will follow at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042, US, on May 19, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:15 pm.
