

David Lafayette Holdren, age 56, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021. David Lafayette Holdren Sr. Was born on February 28, 1965 to Mr. Martin Holdren and Mrs. Margaret Holdren in Phoenix, Az. David Holdren was a hard working man starting at the young age of 3 years old working with his grandpa Holdren on his family ice cream truck to learning how to do carpet and tile work. David was the king of the family always everyone?s protector and teacher and kept the family together. David was always there for everyone for anything even if it was just advice or just to feed you he loved to cook for his family and friends. David loved to tell jokes and he loved to dance he was the life of the party. David was a jack of all trades there wasn't nothing he couldn't do from writing poetry to putting together a computer he was an undefeated boxer, wrestler and undefeated semi pro football player. David was an amazing son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, nephew, Godfather, cousin and friend. David is survived by his mother Margaret Holdren, his wife Catalina Holdren of 36 years, his children Angelic, David Jr, and Manuel Holdren, his daughter-in-laws Emily Cruz and Stephanie Torrez his 11 grandchildren, his sisters Lilliana Hughes, Charlene Holdren, his brothers Manuel Holdren, Tommy Holdren, Jerry Holdren and Manuel Chavarria and a great host of in-laws, cousins,uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. He will forever and always be missed and in our hearts.
