55, of Phoenix, AZ passed away October 12, 2011 following a brief battle with leukemia. Dawn was preceded in death by her parents George and Marilyn Hayes and her grandparents Art and Barbara Hayes. Dawn is the beloved Mother of Tamira and Rebecca; loving Sister of Sue (Brian) Hand, Sheri (Tim) Nelson and Larry (Tracey) Hayes; devoted Aunt of Emily, Danielle, Andrew, Shawn, Nicholas, Madison, Colton and Delaney. A Visitation and Remembrance will be held 10:00am to 2:00pm, Saturday, October 15, 2011 in the Reception and Chapel areas at East Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85042 followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00pm. The family will then have a Life Celebration Gathering at 919 W. Sparrow Pl., Chandler, AZ following the service.
