Frances Barrow was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was loved by all who met her and would help anyone who needed her. She loved her family more than anything and built her life around them. She had many lifelong friends, like Cheryl, and made time to catch up with them as often as she could. She is survived by her daughter, Debra, two granddaughters Sydney and Bailey, and her great-granddaughter Noah and four of her siblings; Roy, Brenda, Kathy and Paul. She is joining Larry, Morris (Joe), and her husband Joe in heaven.
