82, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend died peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, September 1, 2012. Lupe was an extraordinary woman who will be deeply missed by all that knew her. Her greatest joy came from her family. She was survived by her husband, Alfredo Rodriguez, of 47 years; her sisters Theresa Lerma, Dora Deanda and brothers Ricardo Reyes and David Reyes. Lupe’s children; Sandra Reed – husband Eric Sr., Rose Lascurain – partner Joseph, Desiderio Lascurain – partner James, Margaret Hernandez – husband Joe, Francisco Rodriguez – wife Karen and Carlos Rodriguez – wife Bobbie. 19 grandchildren; Erica, Eric Jr., James Jr., Joshua, Destiny, Angelina, Dante, Stephanie, Corianne, Samantha, Matthew, Donicia, Jacob, Suzie, Jasmine, Isabell, Leah, Delane and Aidan. Great-grandchildren; Aaron, Noah, Kai’lee, Dylan, Aleyna, Marcello and Issac. She is preceded in death by parents, Jesus and Maria Reyes, her son, Alfredo Jr., her brothers, Frank and Ernest, and sisters Irene and Esther. A celebration of her life will be held at Resthaven Park Mortuary & Cemetery, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, Arizona, on Monday, September 10, 2012. Viewing will begin at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. and burial at 1 p.m.
