John Adam Pazdro was born on April 12, 1960, in Wola Zdakowska, Poland. He married Gordana Pantelic on June 22, 1985. John and Gordana welcomed their daughter Emily into the world in 2003, later followed by their twin daughters Abigail and Ellie in 2010.
Throughout his life, John spent most of his time in nature, and hiking became a strong passion of his since he was a child. He went so far as to hike the entire Appalachian Trail in 1986 in the span of half a year. He went on to explore many parts of the world with his wife.
As well as hiking, he enjoyed expanding his knowledge of the world around him, no matter the topic. In 1998, he graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and went on to obtain a master’s degree in Wireless Communication from Southern Methodist University in 2004.
John was a very loving husband and father, his loved ones were always his number one priority. He had a carefree and happy spirit, always striving to make those around him laugh, and "giving the people what they want." He loved spending time with his family and taking countless pictures to thoughtfully capture a place in time.
John is survived by his mother, Cecylia Szewczyk and stepfather, George Szewczyk of Parlin, New Jersey; his wife Gordana Pazdro and children Emily, Abigail, and Ellie Pazdro of Phoenix, Arizona; his brother and sister-in-law Steve and Marie Pazdro of Summit New Jersey and brother Wieslaw Pazdro of Linkoping Sweden. He is preceded in death by his father, Jan Pazdro.
A funeral is scheduled for September 7th, 2021 at 11:30am at the Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens in Phoenix, Arizona.
The family would like to thank A to Z Assisted Living and Mariana Marinca for her love and support in caring for John in his last days.
