

Saucedo, Lazaro "Hot Sauce" 91, joined his wife Eva (deceased December 15, 1985) on May 19, 2015, surrounded by his loved ones in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born in Loire, Texas on December 16, 1923. Lazaro began working for APS in 1948 as a laborer and retired after 35 years. He enjoyed playing on the company's softball team and being a member of the American Legion Post 41 and Fraternal Order of Eagles in Las Vegas, Nevada. His parents Federico Saucedo and Juana Salas, grandson Jose Saucedo, his daughter Maria Elena, great-grandson in-law Joshua Hernandez, and great grandson Giovanni Saucedo and 6 brothers preceded him in death. He is survived by his 4 children Ortencia (Tencha), Jose Francisco, Adela and Johnny Saucedo, his 9 grandchildren Joseph Frank Garcia (Danelle), Cynthia Ann Machado (Fernando), Suzanne Garcia Templin (Francisco), Veronica Castillo (Manuel), Magdalena Saucedo, Genevieve Molina (Charlie), Jessica Cordero de Saucedo, Chondra White, Jaime White-James, 28 great-grandchildren, 6 step great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Andres Saucedo (Scottsbluff, Nebraska), sister Juana Salas (San Antonio, Texas) and former son-in-law David Leanio. Lazaro lived in Texas; Cuidad de Coahuila; Scottsbluff, Nebraska; Glendale and Phoenix, AZ; Empalme, Sonora Mexico and finally in North Las Vegas. Dad, te vamos a estrenar. Descansa en paz con mama.
