A visitation for Manuel will be held Monday, February 12, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042, followed by a graveside service from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.
