Patagonia, AZ. He joined the Air Force in 1950 and served his country for four years.
He returned to AZ and completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1957 from Arizona
State University. In 1967, he began his long career with the U.S. Dept. of Labor as State
Director for Veterans Employment. He was active in the American Legion Post 41 for
over 60 years. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lupe Valenzuela. Children
include Fred (Alysa), Ruben, Marco (Terri), Roseanne (Mike), Rebecca (Troy), 8
grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. "Tony"will be greatly missed by his many
friends, colleagues and family.
