82, of Tempe, Arizona, passed away on August 12, 2016. Mercy was a native of Tempe. She is survived by Frank Navarro, loving husband of 62 years, children; Grace Castro (Luis), Diane Holguin, Danny Navarro (Beth), and Cindy Silva (Leonard), 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held August 17, from 5-8 p.m. at Resthaven Carr-Tenney Mortuary, 4310 E Southern Ave., Phoenix. Funeral Mass will be held the following day, August 18, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 2121 S. Rural Rd., Tempe at 9:30 am. Interment to follow at Resthaven Carr Tenney Memorial Gardens.
