

Ryan Clark Hazen, born on April 3rd, 1982, in Mesa, Arizona, resided in Tempe, went home to be with our Heavenly Father at age 35 on July 14, 2017 after a motor vehicle accident. Ryan is survived by his parents, Royal and Jan Hazen and his four beloved children Nevaeh, Skyler, Liam, and River. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and business colleagues. Ryan attended McClintock High School, and then completed the Project Challenge Military Academy, through the Arizona Army National Guard. Ryan married and was blessed with his first two children. He lived temporarily in Seaside, Oregon where Ryan enlisted in the US Navy and then was stationed in San Diego, California, serving as a cook on the USS Stennis. Ryan also lived in California and Wolf Creek, Oregon, where he met and maintained many beloved friendships. Upon returning to Arizona he graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Arizona, earning his Associates Degree in the Culinary Arts. Following a divorce, Ryan was later blessed with his two youngest children. Most recently Ryan was employed by State Farm in Tempe. Ryan cherished his beloved dog Ladybug, "the woman in his life," motorcycle club rides, music, poetry, art, cooking, and most of all being "Papa" to his four beloved children. Ryan's family finds comfort in knowing that he is with Jesus. Services will be held on July 29, 2017, 11:00am at Fresh Start Church, 14185 N. 83rd Ave, Peoria, Arizona 85381, 623-979-4392. Internment for Ryan will be at a later date. Ryan's parents are accepting donations for Ryan's services and funeral expenses through www.gofundme.com.
