Sherry Lynn Asher, 73, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 19, 2021. She was born in Phoenix to Freal and Beulah Bryant and graduated from South Mountain High School. She is survived by her brother, Richard Bryant of Phoenix, Arizona, and by two children, Jac Asher of Emeryville, California and Keith Asher of Glendale, Arizona. She is also survived by three grand-children, Cora Carver, Freal Carver, and RaeAnna Asher. Sherry lived for many years in Lathrop and Manteca, California before returning to the Phoenix area. She retired from the United States Postal Service and was a great lover of animals, always keeping dogs and cats. She was known for her sharp sense of humor and over the years, she enjoyed hobbies including crochet, reading, country music, and visits to the casino. Graveside services will be at Resthaven Park East Cemetery in Phoenix on Monday, October 11th at 10am.
