Annette Perez, Resident of Whittier, CA born May 27, 1957 passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on May 16, 2012. She was born in Downey, raised in Santa Fe Springs and attended Pioneer High School. She was the fourth of five children born to the late Angel and Augustina (Herrera) Martinez and is survived by her husband of 32 years, Ralph, beloved sons Ralph, Jr., Matthew and Angel and loving sisters Anita Bivins of San Diego and Alice Martinez of Whittier, devoted brother Arthur Martinez of Moreno Valley. She is predeceased by a brother, Andrew Martinez.
Annette loved being with family and enjoyed spending time with friends. She touched the lives of many with her laughter, and maintained her sense of humor all the way to the end. Friends and family are invited to attend a viewing on Thursday, May 24 at 5:00 – 9:00 PM and rosary at 7:00 PM at Del Angel Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 25 at 9:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church followed by internment at Calvary Cemetery.
