
Now that I know this is the correct Rose that I knew over the past several years, I will share my memories of her and how we met,
   I met Rose many years ago at Pala Casino in Temecula, California.   She was playing a slot machine when I sat down next to her and I began playing on mine.  We struck up a conversation and were cheering one another on  when we hit a decent pay out.   After a few hours of chatting and just having a good old time, Rose asked me if I would like to join her for dinner as I believe this day was her birthday and she offered to share her Pala Birthday food voucher with me that evening at cafe.  We had a wonderful evening and exchanged phone numbers.  
    We stayed in contact over the years and my husband and I visited her a few times at her apartment in Glendale.  I believe one time it was around Christmas and we brought her a few gifts.   She was very excited and appreciative.  
     Unfortunately when the Covid pandemic hit, we kind of lost phone contact but I did send her a few greeting cards asking how she was.   
      Rose was always interesting to talk with on our phone conversations and a very sweet  and generous woman.   I will miss her a lot.   
       God Bless you Rose and your family.  
        She is in God’s care now!!!!

Condolences to Rose’s family.  I had been trying to contact her for the past few months to no avail.
   Could a friend or family member please let me know if I have the correct Rose Loughman and I will post my memory of dear Rose.  I do know that Rose often spoke highly of her friend named Carmie.
