

Oswald “O J” Guillot, 79 of Pierre Part, LA, a retired welder for Union Local # 198, died Monday, February 17, 2014 in Thibodaux, LA. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Pierre Part, LA with Celebrant Rev. Al Davidson. Entombment will be in the Church mausoleum under the direction of Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part, LA.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Dolores Landry Guillot; Children: Greg and Barbara Guillot, Chris and Laurie Guillot, Don and Paula Guillot, June and Buddy Womack, Troy Guillot and Theresa Petner, and daughter-in-law Lisa Guillot; Grandchildren: Melinda Hymel, Bernie Metrejean, Jr., Chantelle “Chae” Mabile, Jenny St. Germain, Brandon Guillot, Josey Womack, Shaun Guillot, Ren Guillot, Chaz Guillot, Claire Guillot; Great grandchildren: Misty Metrejean, Bernie Metrejean, Jr., Bryan White, Bryce Metrejean, Edi St. Germain, Emily Metrejean, Bailey Womack, Cole St. Germain, Ty Guillot, Ava Womack, Jaxson Mabile, Carter Womack; Great great grandchild: Noah Metrejean; Godchildren: Dorothy Johnson, Dean Guillot, Tami Simms, Benson Mabile, Todd Guillot; Brothers: Ervin Guillot, Linwood and Grace Guillot, Logi and Audrey Guillot, Jessie and Darlene Guillot; Sisters: Anna Mae and Norman Mabile, Joyce, Dorothy and Roger Johnson, Selma and Kenny Matassa, Mildred and Flap Lejeune.
He was preceded in death by his parents Phillias and Clayle Blanchard Guillot, infant son Joseph Guillot, nephew Bruce Guillot, and sisters-in-law Valerie Guillot and Phyllis Guillot.
