Jacqueline Peck

Jackie Peck, 82, Pompano Beach. Jackie was regarded with love & gratitude by her family & friends. She was born & raised in New Jersey & graduated from business college in central Florida, near where her father was training trotter horses. Jackie & her late former husband Jack worked at country clubs in Ohio & Florida, with Jackie operating the pro shop while Jack gave lessons. Jackie will be remembered with joy by her family: nieces Sally (Mike), Estero, FL, and Sue (Dan), Minneapolis, MN; cousins Vonnie (Don), Adrienne, Al (Barbara), Bobbie (Marlene), Denis, Donald (Mary), Jean, John (Anita), Margo, & Rick (Cherie); and stepchildren Bob (Janet), Libby (Bob), & John (Janet). Jackie appreciated her dear friends: Gloria, Phyllis, Aggie & Don, Bonnie, Gordy & Luanne, Honey, Lucy, Marsha, Pat, & Sally, & her golfing-buddy friends Jan, Kathy, & Kim.

Jackie's resourceful, considerate oncologist David S. Lessen, M.D., gave Jackie hope & quality of life for eight years. We will be forever grateful to him & his team, & to William V. Jensen, D.O., & his staff for caring for Jackie. Heartfelt thanks, too, for the competent, compassionate care by VITAS home care & the Commercial Blvd. team. Jackie requested there be no service to honor her. She valued every day of her life & the people in it. You are invited, on her behalf, to have the same outlook.
