Our beloved mother was born on August 19th, 1931 in Buffalo, N.Y. She was a graduate of Millard Fillmore Nursing School. Shirley married Richard H. Anderson (deceased) on April 24th, 1954 in Hamburg N.Y.
In 1967, they relocated to Pompano Beach from Oakland, N.J, where they raised their five children.
Marianne is survived by her children: Richard (Sha) Anderson of Wake Forest, N.C., Kathy Campbell of Coconut Creek, Fla., Timothy M. Anderson (Holly) of Lighthouse Point Fla., Elizabeth Schunk of Pompano Beach Fla., Douglas (Mary) Anderson of Pompano Beach, her brother George (Lynn) Miller of Granada Hills, Ca. and brother in law John (Renee) Anderson of Wheeling, W.V.
Marianne was the beloved Grandmother to thirteen grandchildren and five great – grandchildren.
A memorial service will take place at Saint Gabriel’s Catholic Church, Pompano Beach on January 27th at noon.
In lieu of flowers, consideration may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
