Lana Lynch

Lana Lynch passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on December 13, 2023 in Beaumont, Texas. Lana was born on November 26th, 1942 in Port Arthur, Texas to the late Joycelyn & Vernon Broussard.

Lana was the pillar to her family, a solid foundation on which they knew they could rely on. She enjoyed speeding time with them, especially her grand babies, which brought so much joy and happiness to her life.

She worked hard at providing a home in which all felt welcomed, loved and secured. On her good days, you could tell she was in the kitchen cooking before even walking in the house as the aroma of her food would fill the air, her skills in making a meal for her family to eat and feeding them was her love language and as each of them have a certain favorite there is no doubt they each dish contained one secret recipe and that is love. She loved her children and grandchildren with all of her heart and wanted nothing more then to see them happy and for them to get along and to love one another. Her favorite time of the year was the holidays, when all of those she cherished would gather near. With sadness this year those that cherish these memories will gather instead to remember her life and the mark she left upon all of their hearts. These would include her sons; Rodney Rodrigues, Bryant Rodrigues, his wife Tony and her youngest son Mark Rodrigues. Her stepdaughters; Donna Fayes and her husband Phillip Sanderson and Tonya Dupuy and one sister; Hedy Broussard Ryder. Her grandchildren; Wendy, Tosha, Amber, Angela, Bryant Jr, Cody, Laken, Josh, Heather, Ralph Jr & Jessica and 22 great grandchildren. Those preceding her in death is her devoted husband of 49 joyous years, Mr. James Donald Lynch, her parents as listed above, her brothers Mark & Jeff Broussard as well as her sister Gail Murphy Forster and sadly her two grandchildren Shane Ship & Maccie Lasha' Rodrigues.
