Minnie was the beloved wife of Toan Tran and a devoted mother to her daughter, Dung Tran, and son, Chris Tran. Her family was the center of her world, and she poured her love into them every single day.
For over 30 years, Minnie worked as a cosmetologist in Port Arthur. She was well known and deeply loved within the community, serving generations of clients with everything from haircuts to beautiful styles. Her chair was more than just a place for hair — it was a space filled with conversation, laughter, and friendship. Through her work, she built lasting relationships and touched countless lives.
Minnie was the most loving wife and mother — kind, selfless, and endlessly giving. She was the strongest person her family knew. As a dialysis patient for approximately 14 years, she endured her illness with remarkable courage and resilience. She never complained and faced every challenge with quiet strength. She was truly a tough cookie.
A faithful Catholic, Minnie’s faith guided her life and sustained her through every season. She will be remembered for her unwavering love, her strength, her generosity, and the deep care she showed to everyone around her.
She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by her husband, children, extended family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her.
