Richard William Moore

Richard Moore left to find peace in the early hours of February 23rd 2023. He was born March 31st 1952 & grew up in the town of Altmar, NY. He passed in Port Arthur, TX in the comfort of his own home. He was a beloved, Father, & Brother. He graduated from APW in 1970. He enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard in 1971 where he pursued an education in electrical. He retired from his electrical career 14 years ago. He then pursued to enjoy his leisure time & relax.

He is survived by his brothers Jim, & Bob Moore, his sister Joanne Blaire, his children Aurelia Lynn Moore, Christopher Thomas Moore, His Grandchildren Tristian, Austin, Makenna, & Chance Sharpe, his Great Grandchildren Mazilyn, Anakin, & Roman Sharpe.

He spent his life providing for those he loved, & keeping up with technological advancements along the way. He was always intrigued by new technology. He wanted to know how it worked so he could fix it. He’s traveled the world & seen some sights. He had some stories to tell. I wish he was here to tell them himself. He will be forever missed, & long from forgotten. May he enjoy peace.
