Richard was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur and was proud to serve his community. Richard worked as a real estate agent for his father’s realty agency, Bob Trim Real Estate. Richard later in life became a real estate appraiser and owned Master Appraisal Services in Port Arthur. Richard is described by his wife as a loving and devoted husband and a good man. Richard loved watching old movies, working on his computer and gardening. He will be missed by many in his community.
Richard was preceded in death by his father, Bob Trim, and Brother, Robert Trim.
Richard is survived by his mother, Jane Trim Forman; his wife of 13 years, Marcelle Trim; step daughter, Lesa Powell of Alvin, Texas; and grandson, Noah Parker Powell.
A Memorial service will be held on Friday, September 28, 2012 at 1:00p.m., at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home.
