Tu Thi Nguyen

Mrs. Tu Thi Nguyen, 71, of Nederland, Texas passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017, at Cedar Bayou Nursing and Rehabilitation in Baytown. Mrs. Nguyen was born June 30, 1946 to Cay and Mui Nguyen in Vietnam.

Mrs. Nguyen was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Ram Nguyen, Riep Nguyen, Ty Tran and Gia Nguyen. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Johnson Pham; daughters, Loan Nguyen Smith and husband, Chris; Phung Pham Nguyen and husband, Cecil; brothers, Truong Danny Nguyen, Thanh Randy Nguyen; sisters, Mao Lisa Nguyen, Than Nguyen and Gia Nguyen. Mrs. Nguyen also leaves behind grandchildren; Natalie Smith, Nicholas Smith, Cade Smith, Harley Nguyen, Jason Nguyen and Kamryn Nguyen to cherish her memories.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with prayers services to begin at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 13th; Thursday, September 14th; and Friday, September 15, 2017, at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 16, 2017, at Queen of Vietnam Catholic Church in Port Arthur. Rite of Committal will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.

Serving as Pallbearers will be: Jerry Tran, John Nguyen, Luc Tran, Kevin Nguyen, Anthony Nguyen, Richard Nguyen, Danny Tran and Randy Tran.
