William Ruiz Jr., 63 of Groves passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013 in Port Arthur, Texas.
William was born August 28, 1949 in Port Arthur, Texas to William and Annie Ruiz.
Mr. Ruiz is preceded in death by his parents, William Ruiz Sr., and Annie Alcala Ruiz.
He is survived by his children, Sophia Marie Ruiz of Austin, Tx., William Anthony Ruiz of Groves, Tx., Rachael Ruiz of Groves, Tx., and Adam Ruiz of Houston, Tx.; sisters, Delores Feller, Julie Neff and husband David, Jacque Mullis and husband Brian and many nieces and nephews.
