

Belky Cruz was born on December 21, 1951, in Spanish Harlem,New York. She most recently resided in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Belky led a life devoted to service, beginning her career with the New York City Police Department and later the Suffolk County Police Department as a community liaison. After moving to Florida, she continued her work in Boynton Beach, where she made a significant impact.
An advocate for children, Belky took great pride in her work with the Guardian ad Litem Foundation, where she tirelessly fought for abused and neglected children. Her commitment to her family, friends, and church defined her life. A devoted Christian, Belky served the Lord and dedicated herself to helping others in every possible way.
Belky is survived by her three beloved children, Ruben, Mirla, and Eric, who together with her cherished grandchildren, Ali, Izzy, Isabella, and Great grandchildren, Vida and Baby Athena, will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. She enjoyed shopping and engaging in charitable work, but nothing brought her more joy than her unwavering love for God. Belky Cruz's legacy of love and service will continue to inspire all who knew her.
A Visitation for Belky will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a Service at 5:00 PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 Southeast Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983. A Graveside service will occur Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 10:45 AM, Lane 1, at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 FL-7, Wellington, FL 33449.
