Cecilia Gil, 76, of Delray Beach, Florida passed away October 30, 2015. She was born in Bogota, Colombia. Cecilia worked at FAU, Florida Atlantic University for many years. Cecilia was a devout Catholic who dedicated much of her time to the church. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and sewing.
Cecilia is survived by her daughters, Adriana Schweisthal (Michael), of Lake Worth, Florida and Liliana Ingram (Robert), of Port St. Lucie, Florida; 12 grandchildren; and a sister, Sonia Gil, of Delray Beach.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday November 4, 2015 at 10 am at Queen of the Apostle Catholic Church in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Burial will take place at Our Lady Queen of Peace to follow.
