David Lee Dugan, age 62, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 23, 2025. He was born on November 12, 1962 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was the son of Linda Shoe. David attended Newport High School. He retired from General Dynamics/Electric Boat, Quonset Point Division in 2019 after almost 40 years. David was working at the Jensen Beach Community Pre-School and church as their custodian until his passing.
He leaves behind his loving wife of almost 38 years, Sharon, and their dog, Bailey. He also leaves behind his brother, Joseph Dugan and his wife Elisa, his niece Samantha and nephew Eric. He is also survived by his two brother in laws, Jeffrey and Scott Hughes, nephew, Garett and niece, Samantha and their families.
David was an avid Nascar fan and loved his San Francisco 49ers football team.
There will be a celebration of life for David on November 15, 2025 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
