Mr. Bonura was born in Harlem, NY to Pietro and Josephine on December 20, 1928. He lived in the Bronx until moving to Port St. Lucie 4 years ago. Prior to his retirement, George was an electrician. He was a proud United States Army veteran.
George is survived by Adeline, his wife of 50 years; son Pietro Bonura of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughters Josephine Bonura of Port St. Lucie, FL, Margaret Bonura of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Maria Bonura of Bronx, NY; grandchildren Frankie DeMichele, Krista Squitieri, Jenna Bonura, and Christopher Tropea.
