Born in Philadelphia, PA, Henry was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL since 1981.
Prior to retirement, Mr. Devlin served as a Police Officer in Stroudsburg, PA and Port St. Lucie, FL, where he was one of the original 10 officers hired by the city. He also served for the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Department.
He was of the Catholic Faith, and a former member of the Knights of Columbus. He was also a member of The Jaycee’s.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou Devlin of Port St. Lucie, FL; two sons, Doug Devlin of Port St. Lucie, FL, Steve Devlin of Fort Pierce, FL; one grandson, Matthew Devlin; one granddaughter Madison Devlin; one brother, Robert Devlin of Philadelphia, PA; and one sister, Ruth Ann Peacock of Pocono, PA.
A Memorial Service will be Tuesday, September 4, 2012, 4:00PM at the Aycock Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie, FL.
