Holly Lynn Burgess

Holly was born to parents, James and Kelli Burgess on September 5, 1985 in Fort Pierce, Florida. She was a talented dancer for most of her childhood years and cheerleader at Port Saint Lucie High School where she later graduated. Holly was full of life, had an infectious smile and was one of the most self-less people that anyone could have the pleasure of meeting. With a fiery spirit, Holly didn’t take anything in life for granted and was always willing to sacrifice herself for someone else’s happiness. Family is what Holly enjoyed most in life, to her that is what life was all about. Not having children of her own, she shared her unconditional love with all of her second cousins and viewed them as her own nieces and nephews! Holly knew almost everyone in Port St Lucie and her family always got a kick out of how she managed to have so many friendships. With her recent passing it is apparent by the outpouring of love she had incredible connections with so many and how loved and respected she was in the community.

Holly worked as Office Manager for Thompson Electric and has been a lifetime employee of Santa’s Tree Village where she created lasting memories for families all over the Treasure Coast. Her memory will continue on and Holly will always be remembered as Santa’s Tree Village’s very own angel. We will never be the same without our Lolo girl, and all will keep Holly close to our hearts forever.

Holly was predeceased in death by Grandparents Ross and Janice Green, Harry and Catherine Burgess and is survived by her parents James and Kelli Burgess, brother Jimmy Burgess and wife Megan Burgess, and her dearly loved dog Pookie. Aunt and Uncle Vicki and Joe Lowry, Aunt and Uncle Terry Green and Dave Munsey, Uncle Harry Burgess, Aunt Evelyn Beroni, and Aunt Catherine Kearns. Holly had an abundance of cousins and second cousins and her legacy will be everlasting through her large loving family.

A Celebration of Life will be Friday November 2, 2018, 11:00 am at Calvary Church 5555 NW St James Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983. Please join her family to celebrate the spirit of our beloved Holly Lynn.
