John W. Sperry

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Jack was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL since 2005, moving from Annandale, VA.

During WWII, he served in the US Navy.

Prior to retirement, Mr. Sperry was an Engineer for the Pentagon & NASA for over 30 years.

Jack was of the Baptist faith. He graduated from Drexel University with an Electrical Engineering degree. He was an avid Stock Broker, and loved golfing and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Maryann “Marie” Sperry.

Survivors include two sons, Jack Sperry and wife Tory of Charlottesville, VA, Ronald Sperry and wife Anita of Port St. Lucie, FL; four grandchildren, Kevin Ferrell, Tammy Arana K.C. and Wesley Sperry; six great-grandchildren and one sister, Lois Schaper of Rockledge, FL.

Inurnment will be at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA
