

Julia was born in Manhattan, New York on May 6, 1920. She had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past twenty-seven years coming from Westchester, New York.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Dr. Maurice Sasson and daughter, Phyllis Kear
Survivors include her daughter, Maria DiMinno and her husband Pat; two sons, Maurice Massaro and James Massaro and his wife Judy; one brother, Frank Sorbera; two sisters, Adeline Cuomo, Theresa Nochese; ten grandchildren, Renee, Nicky, James, Joseph, John, Anthony, Leonard, Julia, James, Maurice; seventeen great grandchildren, Jake, Alex, Krystal, Nicholas, Anthony, Daniella, Christian, Nicholas, Annalise, Madison, Avery, Aiden, Gina, Dominic, Carlo, Joseph, Michael; Three great great-grandchildren, Gabriella, Audrey and Bella.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm -8:00 pm, Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2330 SE Mariposa Avenue, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952. Entombment will follow at White City Cemetery, 3800 Sunrise Blvd, Ft. Pierce, FL 34982.
