Born in Jamaica, she was a resident of Port St. Lucie for several years, moving from Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Katilda worked as a certified Nursing Assistant in Ft. Lauderdale and Port St. Lucie for over 20 years.
She was a member of Faith Congregation Church of Port St. Lucie, FL.
Survivors include sisters, Olive Rowe, Donna Dewar, both of Jamaica, Dorothy Higgins of Canada; two brothers Joseph Dewar and James Dewar, both of Jamaica; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives may call Saturday, January 29, 2011 from 11:00AM to 12:00 noon at the Faith Congregational Church in port St. Lucie, FL. A Service will follow Saturday January 29th, 12:00 Noon at the Church. Interment will follow at Rolling Oaks Cemetery, Port St. Lucie, FL.
