Born in Willcox, FL, he was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL for 15 years, moving from Stuart, FL and Miami, FL.
Mr. Mills served in the US Army during WWII.
Prior to retirement, he was a Letter Carrier for the US Government, in Stuart, FL.
Survivors include his daughter and her husband, Mellissa and Paul Mastando of Redding, CA; and two granddaughters, Jenna Mastando and Gabrielle Mastando, both of Redding,CA.
A Memorial Service will be Saturday, August 2, 2014, 11:00AM at Aycock Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie, FL with military honors.
