Michael was born on February 11, 1963 in Denville, New Jersey to Thaddeus and Alice Szczepanski. From an early age, he demonstrated a heart rooted in faith, compassion, and service. Michael accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and lived a life reflecting Christian values of love, humility, and grace.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Michael found great joy in family and always making others laugh. Michael’s life was a testimony to God’s faithfulness, and his words and actions consistently pointed others to Christ.
Michael is survived by his wife of 37 years, Robyn; his daughters, Kayla (Cody) and Lauren (Coleman); grandchildren, Sophie, Cayden, Coleman, and Michael; and siblings, Mark, Diane and Susan. He was predeceased by his parents, Thaddeus and Alice, and brothers, Kenneth and Daniel.
While we grieve our loss, we rejoice in the promise of eternal life, confident that “Michael has fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7). We take comfort in knowing that he now rests in the presence of the Lord.
At Michael's request, no services will occur.
