Peter Nick, 82, a resident of Port St. Lucie, Florida, departed this life Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Peter is survived by his wife of 58 years Renate Nick, niece Julia Frasson, nephew Stephan Gunther, and many family members of Germany. Peter was a veteran of the United State Marine Corps and traveled the world extensively as a mechanical engineer. He enjoyed woodworking and was an accomplished swimmer and diver. Visitation will be held 1:30 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, at Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983, where memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. A reception will follow memorial services until 3:30 p.m., and committal services with Marine Honors will be held at 4 p.m. at Rolling Oaks Cemetery, 2200 SW Del Rio Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953.
