

Thomas was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Angelo Patsos and Lucy Nerantgis Patsos. Thomas served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a decorated Korean War Veteran. He worked in the banking industry for many years as a Vice President. In 1995, Thomas and his wife, Vicky relocated to Port St. Lucie from Bethpage, New York where they raised their family for many years. While residing in Bethpage, Thomas was active with Bethpage Little League Football and Baseball for many years, where he was a coach and mentor to many young children. He was very active with Kings Isle in St Lucie West. Thomas served on the Board at Kings Isles, and was always lending a helping hand in many of their activities. He was a former President of their Tennis Club and a member of The Men's Club and Computer Club. Aside from Kings Isle, Thomas served on the Board for The Moose Lodge and was active with the Elks Lodge and VFW. He enjoyed swimming and staying active at Kings Isle. In his spare time, Thomas was an avid New York Yankees fan and watched many of their games. He cherished his family and loved the time he spent with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Thomas was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Vincenza "Vicky" last year; brothers, Ikey and Artie Patsos; and sister, Kay Veal.
Survivors include his sons, Thomas Patsos (Gail), Gregory Patsos (Gina), and Paul Patsos (Christine); daughters, Luciann Stalzer (John), and Donna Patsos; 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother, James Patsos; and numerous grand-dogs.
A Visitation will take place on Saturday January 5, 2019 from 12-12:30 pm with a Memorial Prayer Service at 12:30 pm at Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive Port St. Lucie, Florida 34983.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Thomas' name may be made to a charity of ones choice.
Services will take place in New York with Inurnment at Long Island National Cemetery.
