Damien was born & raised in Waterville, ME and graduated from Waterville High School. Damien was talented at multi sports & was an Honorable & Fierce Competitor. In Damien’s High School years, he had gained the titles of Head Quarterback and Captain of the Basketball team. Damien was also a very talented javelin thrower. In His Junior year, Damien competed in the Jr. Olympics in Texas; from there he looked forward to competing in the Olympics, but unfortunately Damien’s arm was injured twice while throwing the javelin, so he never reached his goal of competing in the Olympics.
Damien was a proud Waterville Panther always. He was also very proud of his heritage as a Passamaquoddy Tribal Member at Pleasant Point Reservation in Perry, ME.
Everyone knew Damien was a proud Passamaquoddy always representing his Tribe in a Good Way. Because of Damien’s Pride for His Tribe & personality his team & classmates gave him the nickname "Chief". So Proud of My Boy. I've always seen the Strength & Courage in My Son, My " Eagle Heart".
After graduating, Damien went to USM & The Calais University. Then he worked as a Photographer & Antique Auctions at James D. Julia Antiques. Also, he started dabbling a little with being a Model & did get himself an Agent at Port City Modeling after a while decided that wasn't for the small-town boy he has always been at Heart. As for the past ten years, Damien worked at & became a Forman at. D.H. Pinnette & Sons Inc. Steel Roofing. He took Great Pride in his work & thought of everyone as family there.
Damien was a Good-Hearted prankster & loved making others laugh. He loved & always stayed close to his family. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his best Friend, his Nephew Kaiden.
Kaiden looked up too & adored his Uncle. Damien only had a short time with Kaiden who will be twelve in May. But the memories of his Uncle to Kaiden will last a lifetime.
One of my favorite stories is when they would get ready together to go somewhere both of them standing side by side in the mirror; Kaiden looking up at Uncle laughing while Damien with a big grin on his face would tell Kaiden now before we go out, we have to make ourselves "Man Pretty" and then the laughter & grooming would began.
We will always have our good memories of Damien, from the first moment I held my son he became my heart, always forever My "Mishun", My Heart.
We could have never had a better son. Damien’s kindness lived on even after he passed as he was an Organ Donor & Saved Four Lives by caring & donating.
Damien had two sets of Parents; Celeste Fellows & Kevin Kendall both of Waterville and Kitty & Scott Fellows of Rangley, ME. He also leaves his two Sisters, Jessie Kendall & Gabrielle Fellows; his Nephew Kaiden Navarro Kendall; his Grandmother, Charlene Tyrrell of Pleasant Point in Perry, ME; as well as many aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
He was also the grandson of the late Marie & Carroll Carey of Waterville, ME, Corinne & Sam Fellows of Dexter, ME and Don & Jae Kendall of Winslow, ME, and the great grandson of the late Susan Holmes & Fred Tomah
