James E. Neales IV(59) passed away Monday April 29th unexpectedly. He was born in Portland on November 21st, 1964 to James and Nancy Neales. He grew up on Munjoy Hill and attended Portland Public Schools and graduated from Portland High School in 1983. He is survived by his father James E. Neales III, brother Harold Neales, brother Kevin Neales, Sister Nancy Neales, 4 nieces, 1 great nephew, and 1 great niece. For the past 26 years he was employed by the City of Portland Parks and Recreation Department as a Recreation Programmer. His passion was working with children and teaching them arts and crafts. He was also a long time employee of Books a Million in South Portland.
