Leo was born in Madrid, ME on October 8, 1025 a son of the late Steve and Rose (Fournier) Richard.
Leo was an avid hunter, woodsman, and craftsman; he loved the outdoors and operated Richard's Tree Service for over 30 years.
He served in the United States Marine Corp in the Pacific during WWII.
Leo will be missed by his family and the many friends he has made.
Leo is survived by daughters Ann Richard and Lianne Bedard, Grandchildren Joseph Bedard III and Cassidy Bedard, siblings Lena Howard, Albert Richard, Merle Richards, Etney Campbell, and Rita Larochelle and many nieces and nephews.
Leo was previously deceased by his parents, his Brother Gus Richard and his Sister Marie Taylor.
A graveside memorial service will be held in the spring at Greenwood Cemetery in Dixfield, Maine.
