Daniel Michael Finch

Daniel Michael Finch, 56, of Raleigh, NC, passed away suddenly on September 18, 2014 at his home. Dan was born August 2, 1958 in Lackawanna, NY and raised in Brooklyn, NY by his loving parents, Raymond and Lillian Finch. He attended the State University of NY at Purchase and received a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature. While attending Purchase, Dan and Laura met, then married in 1989. He was a Senior Account Manager for Amadeus, the company with which he worked for over 25 years. Dan had a huge and caring heart, and through Amadeus, made numerous trips to Haiti to help build an orphanage. The light of his life was his son, Ryan ,with whom he toured Europe, attended lots of comedy shows and rock concerts and cheered on the Carolina Hurricanes. Dan was a loving father, husband, son, brother and friend to so many. He touched many lives all around the country in the work that he did for Amadeus and will be greatly missed.

Dan was preceded in death by his father Raymond. He is survived by his wife Laura; son Ryan; mother Lillian Finch and sister Valerie Biundo.
