He is survived by his parents, his sisters, Lori Glenn and Beth Glenn Chapman, his brother-in-law, John Chapman, his nephews, John Joseph Chapman, James Chapman, and Jacob Chapman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. His loving grandparents predeceased him.
Jay enjoyed watching sport and loved the Wolf Pack and Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed participating in Wake Enterprises. The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at Wake Enterprises.
Visitation will be held at 10am on Wednesday, October 26 with a Funeral Service to begin at 10:30am at Brown Wynne Funeral Home, 1701 E. Millbrook Road, Raleigh, NC 27609. Internment will follow the service at Montlawn Memorial Park at 2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603.
