I’m so sorry about Mimi!  We just heard about her passing.  She was such a beautiful lady.  We will miss seeing and chatting w/her at your holiday parties.  It’s never easy to lose a parent, especially your mom. She has left such a wonderful legacy in you and your brother and sister.  Thinking of you and sending love to you and your entire family. Dear Grandma Mimi

 I'm honored to be your 1st Grandchild and cherish all the great memories and time we shared with one another. Your bubbly out going one of kind personality with those amazing blue eyes and bright smile had the ability to make everyone around you laugh and smile. You had a big heart that was filled with alot of love for your family and all who were around you. I'll always kept the fun times in my heart like when I'd go with you for the weekend sleep overs and we always go for Chinese food together, you teaching me your special salad dressing, you singing I will Survie at Aunt T Leen's wedding with all of us together on dance floor your beautiful voice and electric spirit made everyone get up to join you. I remember one of the BEST GIFTS I got for my high school graduation was a French song ( He Crois An Toi) you sang to me in front of everyone at Carmens resturant and everyone cheering you on because you had such an amazing voice. That song I now sing to your Great Grandson Lastat who I'm so happy you got to meet and enjoy. He loves his Grandmama. Now you are not just my Grandma you are my angel and I know your watching all of us from above. I hope you know just how much and how many people love you and see the legacy you made with all of us. I love you Grandma love always Nicole and Lastat.

Mimi was kind and generous and larger than life. She lit up every room that she walked into and quickly became the center of attention. Not just because she wanted to be, but because she deserved to be. She glowed with an inner light that was all her own. She brought joy with her and spread that joy to anyone who was fortunate enough to be around her. She was always up for an adventure and always wanted company to go along with her. You could always be assured that whatever you did together, there would be laughter and love.  And more laughter. 
I will miss you mom. Love you. 

Eileen. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers at the most difficult time now and in the days and weeks ahead. Although I only met your mom a few times. the one thing I remember most is how much she reminded me of you. bubbly, fun, always smiling and quick with a kind word. A life time of great memories to treasure.

Mom (AKA Mimi) was a woman that touched everyone she met!  I’m sorry for those that never got to experience a dose of Mom!  The funniest and best grandmother a kid could ever ask for!  She loved loved her family- we were her world!  Mom spoke her mind, sang all the wrong lyrics to her favorite songs and her curly red hair and big blue eyes made her the most perfect mom ever!  Our hearts are broken but god was she loved and will be in our hearts till we meet again!  I love you mom!
