She is survived by her husband Richard; children Richard Norman Wilson, Jr., Elizabeth Anne Wilson David (Mike), and Judith Lorraine Wilson Darnell (Jeff); grandchildren Kristin Michelle Cook (Michael), Caitlin Elizabeth Martin (Alex), and Sarah Alice Darnell; great-grandchildren Sophia and Mathew Cook, Madison and Miles Martin; and beloved nieces and nephews George Hess III (Barbie), Sandy Gold (Bob), Brett Hess (Donna), and Gordon Hess along with their children. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilhe and George Hess, Sr. and brothers Henry Hess and George Hess, Jr.
Sarah lived a selfless life devoted to her family, community, and faith. She found peace in knowing she would spend eternity with Jesus.
A private celebration of Sarah’s life will be held in September.
