She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Earl; daughters, Shelley Rowland of the home, Andrea Hooten and husband, Jay, and Sandra Freeman and husband, Mike, all of Louisburg, NC; grandson, Jason Pipkin and wife, Zaila, of Rolesville, NC; granddaughters, Jessica Hooten Baldwin and husband, Aaron, of Liberty, SC, Bethany Hooten Spence and husband, Donald, and Kristal Pipkin Eastman and husband, Dan, all of Louisburg, NC; great grandchildren, Selena and Eliza Pipkin, Hunter and newborn Easton Baldwin, Tyson and Cameron Spence, and Emry Eastman; and cousin, Joyce Poole.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Friday, November 20, 2015 at Raleigh Memorial Park. The family will briefly receive friends at the cemetery prior to and after the service.
