Vivian Lois Llewellyn

Born in Trevorton, PA, on August 5, 1929, Vivian was the daughter of the late Arthur and Goldie Smith Reeder. She was predeceased by an infant son and three brothers, Keith, Foster and Bruce Reeder. A graduate of Trevorton High School, she married Jack E. Llewellyn in 1950.

Vivian was a long-time, active member of Hudson Memorial Presbyterian Church, and she especially enjoyed her work volunteering for the church’s Joy Luncheons for seniors. She was always at her happiest when doing for others, whether through her cooking, baking or sewing.

Vivian is survived by her husband and two daughters, Jackie Wellons (Steve) of Asheville and Lauren Llewellyn of Raleigh.

The family wishes to express its great appreciation for the care and support provided to Vivian by employees of Hospice and other caregivers during her extended illness.

A memorial service will be held at the church at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 16. Visitation with the family will follow the service.
